Music.Dinosaur Songs

In 1999, the Discovery Channel produced and aired the Peabody Award winning program, Walking with Dinosaurs. I really enjoyed watching this on TV at the time, and I was actually even inspired to write this four song EP a couple of weeks later. Each of these songs was written to reflect some specific dinosaur or segment of the program. At this point, it's been eight years since I watched Walking with Dinosaurs and wrote these songs, but I still feel like they accurately portray my response to what I saw.

I wrote all of these songs as MIDI notation in Cakewalk. Probably because they're MIDI, or maybe just because of the theme, they've always felt like they'd be good children's music to me. I don't have any digital animation skills, but if I did, I'd try to make some sort of little animations to go with them. So, if anyone hears these songs and feels inspired to use any of them as the background music to short animations, please email me and let me know where I can watch them. I'd even be interested in linking to or hosting the animations here along with the songs.
